Professor Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim is a Professor of English at Leading University, Sylhet, Bangladesh, currently serving as Dean of the School of Humanities and Director of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). With over 22 years of experience in teaching, research, and quality assurance, he has led the HEQEP-funded IQAC project (QAP No. C-013, Round-3) and held key administrative positions including Head of the Department of English, Proctor, and Member of the Academic Council. His research interests encompass drama, poetry, post-colonial studies, literary theories and criticism, world literature, philosophical ideas, and South Asian studies.
